Easy Superfood Greek Yogurt Bowl

So simple but so good, a healthy breakfast or treat.Β  Use whatever seasonal fruits you have on hand. Β 

Ingredients

 1 cup plain greek (unsweetened) yogurt
 4 sliced strawberries
 4 pineapple chunks
 a handful of fresh blueberries
 ½ tsp hemp seeds
 ½ tsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, or any nut, if desired
 1 tsp honey

Directions

Place Greek Yogurt in bowl. Top with the fresh fruit of your choice, nuts, seeds and drizzle with honey.
