Mango Orange Kefir Smoothie

It's simple, delicious, refreshing, and healthy. This Mango Orange Kefir Smoothie is a quick and easy solution to get a nice amount of healthy gut probiotics, protein and lots of nutrients in, in the morning or mid-afternoon. It's a little tart so add a tiny amount of honey if you'd like it any sweeter but you likely won't need it!Β 

Ingredients

 6 oz kefir, unsweetened
 ¼ cup diced mango
 1 small to medium-sized orange or mandarin, squeezed
 a few ice cubes
 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, blending until smooth.
